Can I Pick Out My Own Plants and Pots?

Nature’s beauty lies in the unexpected. By choosing a Collection (Native, Evergreen, Desert, or Outdoor), you’re selecting a style and aesthetic for your greenery needs. Our team of designers then combine the market’s best selections with more than 300 in-house plants to give you an arrangement worthy of Mother Nature herself. Each collection is available to rent with White, Gray, Black, or Terra Cotta pots.

How Does Your Pricing Work?

All items are priced per piece which includes up to a three-day rental period. If you need your plants for longer, we offer a 50% discounted rate for each three-day period after that. Tax and delivery are additional, and each order also includes a pre-production fee to cover the preparation and maintenance of all rentals.

Costs for delivery and pickup depend on the size of the order and delivery location. Setup is included with the price of delivery. OT fees apply for after-hours and weekend pickups.

Can I Visit Your Warehouse?

For first timers, the plant rental process can be overwhelming. Our expert design team is here to talk you through it, starting with your goals and event needs, and making sure that the end result will give you the wow-factor you’re looking to achieve. Our warehouse is a working warehouse, and does not accept visitors but we’re happy to set up a free phone consultation to discuss your needs in more detail at any time.

What Types of Events Do You Service?

The Plant Library provides real plant rental for events in NYC, California, and Florida. We service all types of events, including decorative plant rental for private parties, VIP events, and weddings and galas. On the corporate side, our convention plant rentals are perfect for tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, while our desert collections are the ideal plant rental for photoshoots, movie sets, and film premieres. Brands also love our custom plant wall rental for store openings, product launches, and press events.

Do You Offer Delivery And Setup?

Absolutely! Our local plant delivery in NYC, California, and Florida comes to you via The Plant Library’s electric fleet of vehicles. We will transport all plants directly to your venue, and style your selections on-site. At the end of the event, we’ll collect all our items for return to our warehouse so that they can be used again and again. Have an event outside of these areas? We can help with that too. What Is "Custom Pricing"?

If you are looking for specific plants and know exactly what you need, feel free to reach out to us about placing a custom order. You can see a list of plants we work with regularly but please keep in mind we work with natural elements – availability and pricing vary depending on the season, as well as what our growers have available. Your design specialist can work with you on recommendations, alternative selections, and cost-effective items to ensure your installation looks the way you’d envisioned.

How do I place an order?

The first step is to Request A Quote. Our team will review the information provided and a design specialist will reach out with questions or recommendations.

Once we’ve determined your needs, The Plant Library will send you a quote including all rental, delivery, and service charges. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the availability of the requested items. All event plant rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis.

What is the Payment Process?

Once you’ve received and reviewed your quote and are ready to move forward, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order and confirm availability of the plants requested. Availability cannot be guaranteed until the deposit is received, and all event plant rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. The final payment is due one week prior to delivery. We accept all major credit cards and do not charge any credit card fees.
